• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5 applies to all orders under $100.

Returns & Refunds

At Chellams, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong or an item just isn't the perfect fit for you.

If you aren't completely satisfied, we offer full refunds or store credit for items that do not meet our quality standards or for change-of-mind returns.

Eligibility for Returns To receive a full refund or credit, please ensure your return meets the following conditions:

• Timeline: The item must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unsoiled, and undamaged.
• Packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging and tags attached.
• Price: Only full-priced items are eligible. Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned.
